    Our residential building concept

    A construction system for affordable, high-quality housing that is quick to execute, with accessible layouts and financing eligibility: with this future-oriented residential building concept, GOLDBECK is a framework contract partner of the German syndicate of housing cooperatives known as the Bundesverband deutscher Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen e. V. (GdW). Our standard includes effective sound insulation, extensive electronic equipment, underfloor heating and integrated ventilation technology. Another special feature that ensures fast construction are our bathrooms, which are prefabricated units produced in our own plants and delivered to the construction site as a complete room module with tiles, sanitation facilities and fittings.

    Faster track to housing

    The urban housing association SWG Nordhausen, in Thuringia, turned to serial construction and was thus able to hit the market especially quickly. Tenants were already moving into their homes less than a year after ground was broken.  

    Technology at a glance

    • The GOLDBECK system grid is based on multiples of 0.625 metres 
    • Maximum grid width in the building length direction: 6.25 metres 
    • The depth of each building can be expanded as desired within the grid dimension 
    • The grid areas can be flexibly combined into housing cubatures 
    • Essentially four typologies: stand-alone, block edge, row and infill 
    • Mechanical and electrical systems, staircases, balconies and terraces in our tried-and-tested system
